Position Title: Tower Structural Analyst, Data (T4)
Role
A Tower Structural Analyst (TSA) is responsible for maintaining structural integrity and 'readiness' of assets through the use of several software tools including, but not limited to 3-D tower renderings via drone scans, photo databases, computer aided drawings, structural analysis reports, and other field generated reports using an array of Project Management tools. The TSA is responsible for quality of asset data and to oversee all proposed changes to the antenna structure, leased area, and company owned buildings during the tower order process. The TSA must organize priorities, update project notes and documents, track project progression, and effectively communicate with internal and external teammates to meet customer goals and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Extract data from multiple data sources (drone scans, closeout package photos, documents) and translate that into data points
- Collaborate with all TSAs for independent learning and team growth
- Work closely with all service partners and external vendors to ensure data integrity and order processing meeting all commitments
- Possess and awareness of customer needs to guide consistent and dependable deliverables, subject matter expertise and problem-solving abilities
- Act as subject matter expert to assist with all service partners and external vendors Asset related questions
- Delivers even highly complex information in easily understandable terms in a compelling manner.
- Understands expectations to anticipate, prioritize, and deliver on stakeholder needs
- Ensure installations are in accordance with engineering policies, standards, procedures, and support cycle time and forecasting objectives
- Support initiatives to support process improvements through timely feedback and idea sharing to meet company objectives
- Is passionate about achieving excellent results and contributing significantly to organizational outcomes
- Remains focused on achieving key goals, even in the face of obstacles and setbacks
- A desire to develop and grow, and not be afraid to ask questions or take calculated risks

Education
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience/Minimum Requirements
- Minimum two (2) to four (4)+ years' experience in construction, operations or engineering field related to management of tower structures preferred
