Claire Marsh is the CEO of the Americas, overseeing the company’s strategy, operations, and delivery across the United States. She leads the organisation’s expansion in key technical talent markets, working with clients to build recruitment solutions that support growth, transformation, and long‑term workforce planning. Her focus includes strengthening Lorien’s presence in the region and ensuring that clients have access to scalable, high‑performance hiring programs.
 
Claire began her career with Lorien as a graduate in 1998 and advanced through a series of commercial and operational leadership roles before moving into her current post. With more than 18 years of experience in the IT recruitment sector, she has shaped and delivered complex MSP and bespoke workforce solutions for organisations such as Fujitsu, Centrica, GSK, Vodafone, and the Royal Bank of Scotland. Her leadership has supported a period of significant growth, expanding Lorien’s capabilities and enabling clients to navigate evolving technology and talent demands.
