🔑 What You'll Be Doing

✔ Managing customer accounts through the Effies system
✔ Making 30+ outbound collection calls a day and following up via email
✔ Performing daily manual bank reconciliations in Excel
✔ Keeping customer balances, payment statuses and account notes up‑to‑date
✔ Sending secure payment links and processing card payments
✔ Owning the shared mailbox and delivering top‑tier customer service
✔ Spotting problem accounts early and escalating them to the Effies Team

🔸 Proven experience in credit control / collections
🔸 Strong Excel skills, especially manual reconciliations
