Commercial Manager - Technology & Corporate Services - Heathrow Airport

Are you a commercially savvy procurement professional with a passion for technology and innovation?

We're working with Heathrow Airport to find an experienced Commercial Manager to join their Technology & Corporate Services Procurement team. This is a high-impact role supporting strategic sourcing, supplier management, and commercial delivery across critical Cyber and Technology programmes.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead procurement strategies across Cyber & Technology, from sourcing to post-contract management
• Act as the single point of contact for stakeholders, capital projects, and supplier relationships
• Manage strategic sourcing for high-value, complex programmes
• Oversee contract renewals, supplier performance, and commercial governance
• Implement Heathrow's SRM framework to drive supplier collaboration and performance

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in procurement and contracting, including strategy, negotiation, and post-contract support
• Experience working on Cyber and Technology programmes
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive value through innovative commercial models
• Skilled in supplier relationship management and performance tracking

Desirable:

• Professional qualifications such as CIPS, MRICS, APM, or equivalent
• Knowledge of aviation, security assets, support models, and emerging technology trends
