Data Solutions Architect

Data Solutions Architect - Inside IR35:

My client, a renowned public research university in London, are seeking a Data Solutions Architect with a strong data governance/data quality background whilst having proven experience of leveraging Azure data lake solutions to drive business value.

The Data Solutions Architect will be working within the Data Quality product team, and my client will need candidates who have strong experience with Data products, Data Mesh and Data Fabric.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Experience within data architecture and solution design
• Proven experience with Azure data services and platforms
• Awareness in Azure Data Platforms, Azure Databricks, Azure Fabric
• Experience with SQL/Oracle Databases
• Extensive experience in data governance and data security implementation
• Experience with data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Talend etc
• Familiarity with Data Mesh and Data Fabric concepts and their practical application
• Direct the governance activities associated with ensuring solutions architecture assurance and compliance
• Skilled in solutioning in relation to data cataloguing, metadata management, and data lineage tracking
• Understanding of Data Mesh and Data Fabric architectures.
