The Global life sciences company was undertaking a global Human Resources Transformation Programme. The programme consisted of an enterprise-wide change to the client’s HR operating model and business processes, supported by a series of significant system changes including implementing a global single instance of HCM (Workday), a case management system, document management solution and a knowledge management solution.
- The delivery was governed as one overarching programme and was originally planned to be rolled out using permanent resource from the client, supported by a bench of IT contractors.
- Due to concerns about IR35 and increased costs from labour market they later revised this model to ensure more structure and agility by moving to a fixed price delivery model.
