Tibco Program Manager - W2 Only- Onsite

* Lead the enterprise-wide TIBCO to Solace migration initiative, overseeing architecture redesign, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination.
* Direct end-to-end program governance including chartering, budgeting, scheduling, and executive-level reporting.
* Collaborate with platform engineering and enterprise architecture teams to align migration strategy with corporate technology roadmap.
* Coordinate with application owners to decommission legacy TIBCO integrations and transition services to the Solace messaging platform.
* Implement Agile/SAFe program execution for migration sprints, ensuring alignment across platform, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
* Oversee risk, issue, and change management processes to mitigate migration disruptions and ensure data integrity.
* Deliver Power BI and Confluence dashboards for real-time progress tracking, executive reporting, and decision support.
* Drive process standardization and documentation across multiple migration streams to enforce repeatable, scalable best practices.
* Facilitate executive steering committee meetings, presenting key milestones, KPIs, and migration readiness metrics.
* Partner with cybersecurity and cloud governance teams to ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.
