Cloud Operations Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and optimize multi-cloud environments (Azure, OCI, AWS) to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, database administrators, data architects, hosting managers, and security professionals.

Develop and implement cloud strategies, policies, and best practices.

Collaborate with development teams to support cloud-based application deployment and operations.

Monitor cloud infrastructure and services to proactively identify and resolve issues.

Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.

Manage cloud budgets and optimize costs.

Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends to drive innovation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

5+ years proven experience managing multi-cloud environments (Azure, OCI, AWS)

Strong background in cloud infrastructure, operations, and cloud-native application architectures.

Experience with cloud security and compliance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage and mentor a diverse team of cloud professionals.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education, Credentials and Certifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering preferred
