Inbuilding Construction Manager
Atlanta, GA (& surrounding areas)
We are seeking a Construction Manager to support inbuilding wireless deployment programs across Georgia and nearby markets. This role is responsible for overseeing all civil works activities and ensuring project delivery aligns with internal quality, safety, and financial standards. You will collaborate closely with service providers, vendors, and internal project teams to manage site builds, enforce safety protocols, and maintain construction documentation.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in wireless construction management, ideally with inbuilding/DAS or similar programs
- Experience managing project builds across 200+ sites
- Strong understanding of the site build process across multiple disciplines (civil, electrical, RF, etc.)
- Proven track record of leading construction teams and independently resolving complex issues
- Working knowledge of job site safety protocols and quality control standards
- Familiarity with construction documentation platforms and project reporting tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site-level civil works, managing schedule, scope, safety, quality, and costs
- Ensure adherence to construction standards, approved materials, and customer requirements
- Conduct site walks, pre-construction inspections, safety checks, and post-build audits
- Supervise high-impact work phases to minimize disruptions to live environments
- Identify and resolve construction issues; escalate when necessary
- Enforce compliance with safety protocols and local, federal, and customer regulations
- Coordinate activities across vendors, service providers, and internal teams to align with project goals
- Maintain construction documentation (e.g., SOWs, acceptance forms, RFDS, close-out packages) in internal systems
- Track build progress, report status updates, and ensure timely project deliverables
- Provide on-site technical guidance, reject incorrect material deliveries, and flag quality or performance issues
