We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Talent Acquisition Analyst to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This role will be responsible for analyzing recruitment data, building dashboards, optimizing hiring processes, tracking key performance metrics, and delivering actionable insights to drive strategic hiring decisions. The ideal candidate is both analytical and collaborative, with a passion for helping organizations attract top talent through data-informed strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
● Data Analysis & Reporting

○ Track, analyze, and report on TA metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline health, diversity metrics, source effectiveness).
○ Identify trends and bottlenecks in the hiring process and recommend improvements.
○ Gather HR data from various sources, such as Greenhouse, Job Board Partners, manual tracking and other inputs.
○ Analyze data looking for trends and patterns in data related to recruitment, hiring practices, sourcing, funnel management, candidate profile, etc.
○ Prepare reports translating complex HR data into meaningful reports and presentations that senior leadership can quickly digest.
○ Create and maintain People data tools, reporting and dashboards; produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized People data reports.
○ Collaborate across the People Team responding to ad-hoc data requests and partnering on projects requiring data analysis.

● Process Optimization

○ Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline recruitment workflows, based on evidence-based analysis.
○ Identify manual steps in the recruiting/onboarding process and use data to suggest automation options, VBA coding
○ Evaluate candidate funnel performance across roles, departments, and locations.

● Stakeholder Support

○ Provide analytical support to TA leadership, Operations partners and recruiters.
○ Regularly connect with workforce planning and forecasting teams in partnership with HRBPs.

● Compliance & Quality Assurance

○ Ensure data accuracy and integrity in applicant tracking and reporting systems.
○ Support audit and compliance requests related to hiring and candidate data.

What You'll Bring
● Advanced Google Sheets and Google Suite knowledge, experience building models
● Strong data analytical skills and experience
● Strong communication skills
● Highly detail oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment
● A proven performer who is motivated, independent, focused, collaborative, passionate, and inspires confidence in employees and senior management
● Vendor management experience, specifically in gathering and partnering with a number of vendors (i.e. Greenhouse, Indeed, etc.) to analyze data from vendor performance
● Experience with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking System a plus
