Governance Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Support GRC personnel with the coordination of reviews, evaluations, and creation of documentation, collaborating with internal and external team members as needed.
- Assist GRC personnel with and oversee the creation of metrics to evaluate current status and depict progress and trends to support the team and leadership in reviews and decision making; collaborate with internal and external team members to continuously evolve and streamline metrics and reports.
- Create phishing campaigns, develop scenarios and messaging to test our company's resiliency to phishing attempts, record results, and create metrics and reports.
- Create awareness documentation and campaigns to inform and educate team members about cybersecurity threats and how to protect our company and themselves from bad actors.
- Work with vendor and internal teams to develop and track Information Security training for both a company-wide audience as well as individual teams. Track progress and create metrics and reports accordingly.
- Support the GRC team in developing and conducting table-top exercises to test our Disaster Recovery documentation and capabilities, document, and track issues found to completion.
- Continuously keep up on industry trends, direction, opportunities, threats, and applicability as it pertains to the organization.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by line managers, directors, or the CISO.
