The Physical Security Technology and Projects Manager will be tasked with supporting the global security systems and technology department. This role involves system administration, configuration management, routine maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure system integrity. Additionally, the manager will provide technical guidance and support to regional locations for all physical security technology requirements.

Key responsibilities include assisting management with project planning and coordination to meet deadlines and resource constraints. The manager will evaluate project status, implement necessary changes, and review status reports. Regular meetings with client representatives will be held to provide updates, address issues, and support service level changes. The role also involves implementing, maintaining, auditing, and improving electronic security technology, supporting administration and documentation, interacting with third-party vendors, ensuring quality control of installations, managing multiple large projects, and advising field technical personnel. The manager will be a subject matter expert in security system configuration, implementation, and commissioning.
