About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Forward Deployment Engineer with strong expertise in Palantir Foundry and Palantir Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) to support a high-profile client on an accelerated AI transformation programme.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of enterprise AI, partnering directly with stakeholders to rapidly deploy, scale and operationalise AI solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes.
As a Forward Deployment Engineer, you will bridge the gap between technology and operations, working closely with users, data teams and business leaders to design, build and deploy AI-powered applications using Palantir's ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of AI solutions leveraging Palantir AIP and the wider Foundry platform.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and rapidly translate requirements into production-ready AI applications.
• Design, develop and implement scalable workflows, operational tools and AI-driven solutions.
• Accelerate adoption of AI capabilities through hands-on engineering and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists and business teams to integrate AI solutions into operational environments.
• Troubleshoot, optimise and enhance deployed solutions to maximise business value.
• Drive best practices across AI deployment, platform engineering and solution architecture.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) or similar role within the Palantir ecosystem.
• Expertise in Palantir Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP).
• Experience delivering AI and data-driven solutions within enterprise environments.
• Strong software engineering and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work directly with end users and stakeholders to rapidly deliver value.
• Experience integrating large language models (LLMs) and AI applications into business processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Experience

• Experience with AI Factory implementations and operating models.
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud services.
• Experience working with Amazon Bedrock and generative AI services is desirable.
• Data engineering, data modelling and analytics experience.
• Experience building scalable enterprise AI platforms.
• Familiarity with modern MLOps and AI governance practices.
