Contract | 4 Months | Inside IR35 | Hybrid/Remote

We're looking for a Change Management, Communications & Engagement Lead to join a global consumer health business as it transforms how HR support is delivered, through a major new digital-first "AskHR" programme.
This is a high-impact contract role for someone who can build awareness, readiness, adoption and advocacy across a large, complex organisation helping employees and managers understand the value of a new single front door for HR support, and making it their first port of call.
What you'll be doing:

• Developing and delivering the change management and adoption strategy for AskHR
• Creating and executing communication, engagement and learning plans to drive successful adoption
• Building stakeholder engagement strategies for leaders, HR teams, employees and managers
• Designing employee-centred communications that clearly articulate the value of AskHR
• Producing change impact assessments, readiness assessments and adoption plans
• Coordinating early adopter programmes, change champion networks and employee listening activity
• Measuring awareness, adoption and engagement, and identifying areas for improvement
• Partnering with deployment teams to support successful country launches and transitions
• Using employee feedback to continuously refine communications and change activity

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience leading change management within digital or business transformation programmes
• Strong communications, engagement and stakeholder management expertise
• A track record of developing communication plans, learning materials and adoption campaigns
• Experience measuring adoption, engagement and change outcomes
• Solid knowledge of recognised change management methodologies and frameworks
• An outstanding communicator and storyteller who can simplify complex ideas into compelling messages
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills, with genuine passion for employee experience
