6-Month Contract | Watford | Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Continuity Specialist to join a growing Risk & Resilience team supporting a major international organisation.

This role will focus on the next phase of the Business Continuity programme, helping to coordinate and facilitate business continuity testing, tabletop exercises, stakeholder workshops, and resilience activities across the business.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, support continuity planning activities, produce presentations and reports, and help drive engagement across a wide range of business functions.

What we're looking for:

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience facilitating workshops or business discussions
• Business Continuity, Risk, Resilience, PMO, Business Analysis, or similar experience
• Confident working with senior stakeholders
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Organised, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
