Our client is seeking an experienced Product Owner / Scrum Master to lead continuous improvement of a cross-functional risk governance process within ServiceNow. This hybrid role combines strong Product Ownership with Scrum leadership responsibilities, including ownership of team backlogs, facilitation of Agile ceremonies, and oversight of associated Epics within a specific risk governance area.
Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring alignment to business objectives and Epic outcomes.
• Oversee Epic delivery, managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Partner closely with Solution Delivery Teams, Engineers, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to deliver value.
• Support the facilitation of Scrum ceremonies and promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Work with the Programme leaders to deliver business priorities, platform stability, technical debt, and modernization initiatives.
• Drive clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery outcomes.
• Organise UAT sessions, product validation, and regression testing.

Required Experience

• Proven track record as a Product Owner, with experience acting as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead.
• Strong ServiceNow experience
• Experience managing complex enterprise deliveries and stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead highly specialised or niche technology teams.
• Experience with working with Risk processes/teams e.g., Privacy, AI, TPRM, IT Security (desirable, but not essential).
