We're seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Test Manager to lead all testing activities across a global SAP transformation programme. This is a key role responsible for defining testing strategy, ensuring quality across multiple workstreams, and driving the adoption of modern test automation capabilities within a complex enterprise environment.

The Role

As the SAP S/4HANA Test Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end testing landscape, ensuring successful delivery across all phases of testing while working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, and validation experts.

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining quality standards, managing testing governance, and introducing innovative automation and AI-enabled testing practices to improve efficiency and programme outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and govern the overall testing strategy, methodologies, standards, and reporting framework.
• Manage and coordinate all testing phases, including:
• Unit Testing
• System Integration Testing (SIT)
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Validation-related testing activities (IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Lead defect management processes and oversee test execution, evidence collection, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate business testers, technical teams, system integrators, and validation stakeholders to ensure successful delivery against project timelines.
• Drive testing governance, readiness assessments, and execution reviews.
• Ensure testing activities align with regulatory, quality, and validation requirements within a controlled environment.

Test Automation & Innovation

A key focus of this role will be enhancing testing efficiency through automation and modern testing approaches.

You will:

• Lead the implementation and adoption of Tricentis Tosca as the strategic test automation platform.
• Ensure Tosca is qualified and suitable for regulated testing activities.
• Increase automation coverage across SIT and UAT cycles.
• Champion AI-enabled testing capabilities and innovative testing practices to improve preparation, execution, and defect analysis.

Experience Required

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Test Manager on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Expertise in SAP testing methodologies, test management, and defect management processes.
• Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca and test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI-driven testing tools and modern testing practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering within complex, global programme environments.
