HR Business Partner - 6‑Month Contract - Dundee

Location: Dundee (2 days per week on site)
Rate: £321 per day via umbrella

We are recruiting on behalf of our key public sector client for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a period of significant organisational and workforce change. This role requires a confident HR professional who can balance operational delivery with strategic impact.

The Role:
You will lead on complex HR operational activity, deliver people‑focused projects, and partner with senior leaders and trade unions. This includes supporting organisational development initiatives, shaping HR policy, ensuring legislative compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the function.

What You'll Bring:

• CIPD‑qualified (Chartered or equivalent)
• Strong background in HR operations within complex organisations
• Proven experience delivering workforce change / OD projects
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management & negotiation skills
• Experience working directly with trade unions
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving capability
• Ability to manage multiple projects and influence at all levels
