We're looking for a Delivery Lead to take charge of product strategy and delivery oversight for our internal platforms - the tech that powers our tech. If you thrive on creating clarity, driving transformation, and enabling teams to deliver real value, this is your stage.

What You'll Do

• Lead the vision: Own product strategy, prioritisation, and decision-making for service tooling and workflows.
• Define the value: Craft clear propositions for every tool and workflow.
• Set the roadmap: Establish standards and strategies for tooling platforms.
• Simplify & optimise: Rationalise the tooling landscape, cutting duplication and waste.
• Guide delivery: Direct demand intake, backlog priorities, and agile execution.
• Align & influence: Ensure solutions meet service performance, MI, and governance needs.
• Engage & inspire: Communicate intent, progress, and drive adoption across stakeholders.

What You Bring

Essential

• Proven leadership in complex tech environments.
• Strong product ownership and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to lead change through teams, not just as an individual contributor.
• Experience defining value propositions and roadmaps for internal platforms.
• Solid domain knowledge of service tooling and workflows.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Desirable

• Tech operations transformation experience.
• Background in rationalising or governing tooling estates.
• Exposure to global, multi-partner delivery.
