Location: Hybrid working with travel to London and Bracknell when required
 Contract Type: 6 month contract with potential for extension
 Day Rate: Inside IR35 via Umbrella
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to support a major technology upgrade across our client's retail estate. This initiative involves replacing over 3,000 Pin Entry Devices (PEDs) to meet compliance standards by Spring 2026. You'll play a key role in supporting project delivery, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, testing, and rollout of new PEDs across retail stores.
- Track project plans, budgets, risks, and issues.
- Maintain accurate logs, trackers, and dashboards.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and take minutes when required.
- Assist with supplier setup and system updates.
- Provide data and insights to support reporting and decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to best practice across the project and wider change teams.
What You'll Bring
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Good understanding of project lifecycles and Agile frameworks.
- Experience using tools like Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence.
- Confident communicator with strong collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Experience in IT or business change environments is a plus.
